Lomonosov Moscow State University
MSU is the largest university in Russia. Founded in 1755, it also claims to be the oldest university in Russia and to have the tallest educational building in the world. Its current rector is Viktor Sadovnichiy. In January 2005 Lomonosov Moscow State University celebrated its 250th anniversary, over 800 various events being held on the occasion. Founded in the XVIII century, the University has been constantly growing and encompassing new branches of learning and research. All the history of the University is the evidence of the outstanding role its alumni have played promoting the ideas of freedom, common good, humanity, and truth.
Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration
The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration is aimed at promoting and popularizing arbitration in Russia. It has a goal of increasing attractiveness of Russia as a place for business and dispute resolution. The RIMA regularly hosts conferences and workshops devoted to development of arbitration. The Russian Arbitration Center, administering arbitration of private law disputes, is founded at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration.
International and Comparative Law Research Center (ICLRC)
The International and Comparative Law Research Center (ICLRC) is a non-profit organization that provides expertise in the fields of international law, international arbitration, as well as comparative law, serves as a platform for the exchange of views, initiates and participates in international dialogue, including as an observer in a number of international organizations. The ICLRC creates opportunities for the study and research of international law, especially for young people. The ICLRC organizes the Investment Law and Arbitration Lab and a number of other diverse projects, provides the Scholarship for Young International Law Researchers, has an internship program, and supports moot courts. The unique ICLRC’s international law library provides free access to over 9,000 classic and contemporary printed publications in various languages, as well as electronic legal databases.
Young Institute of Modern Arbitration (Young IMA)
Young IMA - a platform for young practitioners in arbitration and ADR. Young IMA has been launched to promote and develop a unified professional community of young Russian professionals in arbitration and ADR. Young IMA has 3 main guiding principles: practical orientation, institutional cooperation and regional integration.
